Employee education
A plan works best when people understand it. Education sessions explain features, choices and trade-offs in everyday language, and are general rather than individual advice.

Formats
Short on-site or virtual sessions, written handouts and Q&A time. Topics can include how contributions work, what an employer match is, how investment choices differ and what to do when leaving a job.
See the Workshops page for event details. Email or call Tim to inquire; attendance requires direct confirmation.
Boundaries
Education covers general concepts. It does not tell any employee what to invest in or whether to participate. Employees with personal questions are encouraged to seek individual guidance.
Questions worth asking
- 01What do employees say they find confusing about the plan?
- 02When do new hires first hear about the plan?
- 03Who answers employee questions between sessions?
Limits and risks
Educational material is general. It is not individualized investment, tax or legal advice.
