Disclosures

PGW Financial LLC advisory services, insurance compensation and material risks.

Firm identity

PGW Financial LLC is a Florida state-registered investment adviser (CRD #333607). The official Investment Adviser Public Disclosure profile is linked below. Registration does not imply a particular level of skill or training.

Fiduciary advisory scope

Fiduciary duties apply to investment advisory services within the engagement and applicable law, not automatically to every product or service. For employer plans PGW offers ERISA Section 3(21) non-discretionary investment advisory fiduciary services only, not Section 3(38) discretionary investment management. PGW provides advice and recommendations; the plan sponsor or other authorized plan fiduciaries retain investment decision-making authority. PGW does not assume all plan fiduciary responsibilities.

Insurance compensation and conflicts

PGW Financial LLC is a Florida-registered investment adviser. Tim Hartle is also a licensed insurance agent and may receive commissions directly from insurance companies when clients purchase insurance or annuity products. This compensation creates a potential conflict of interest. Insurance services are separate from investment advisory services, and clients are not required to purchase insurance products to receive investment advisory services.

Investment and insurance risks

Investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. No investment outcome is guaranteed. Educational examples and calculator estimates are hypothetical and are not personalized investment advice.

Annuities are insurance contracts. Guarantees, including guaranteed lifetime income benefits where available, are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Product features, fees, withdrawal restrictions, and surrender charges vary by contract.

Relationships and fees

Browsing, emailing, calling or using a calculator does not establish an advisory relationship. Advisory services are provided pursuant to a written agreement; advisory fees and scope are addressed in that agreement and applicable firm disclosures. Separate insurance compensation may create conflicts. No fee schedule or fee amount is represented here.
