Tim Hartle · Fiduciary financial advisor
Meet Tim Hartle.
Personal retirement and employer-plan conversations, with direct access to Tim. His fiduciary role applies to investment advisory services within the written engagement, not automatically to every service or insurance transaction. It begins with your questions, your priorities and what you want to understand.

A personal approach
Direct access.
Personal guidance, thoughtfully considered.
Tim is PGW’s client-facing adviser. Talk with him about retirement questions, investment and financial-planning priorities, or the retirement plan your business sponsors.
The conversation starts with what matters to you. Fiduciary investment advice and comprehensive financial planning are at the centre of the work; the scope of any advisory or planning service is set out in a written engagement, and services are not automatically included for every client.
For employer retirement plans, PGW Financial LLC provides ERISA Section 3(21) non-discretionary investment advisory fiduciary services: advice and recommendations, not Section 3(38) discretionary investment management. The plan sponsor or other authorized plan fiduciaries retain decision-making authority for plan investments; PGW does not assume all plan fiduciary responsibilities.
How conversations with Tim tend to go
- Listen
Questions first, documents later. Many people start with one worry and a cup of coffee.
- Explain
Options and trade-offs in plain language, including the ones that argue for doing nothing.
- Revisit
Retirement changes shape over time. Plans are meant to be returned to.
Two kinds of conversation
